REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  1. Valid passport.

  2. Passport-size photographs.

  3. Medical invitation letter from the hospital or clinic in India.

  4. Medical history and treatment recommendations from your local doctor.

  5. Proof of financial means.

  6. Flight tickets 

  7. Proof of residential address.

  8. Copy of the previous visa.

  9. Indian Hospital Registration certificate.

​ ​Attendants/ family members of the patient coming to India for medical treatment will be granted a Medical Attendant visa coterminous with the ‘Med Visa’ of the patient.
